Phase 1:
–Development of 1 block of 4-storey student accommodation with basement car park, management office, badminton & basketball courts.

Phase 2A:
–Development of 1 block of 16-storey student hostel with a total of 256 units, also known as Block C.

Phase 2C:
–Development of 1 block of 29-storey serviced apartment with a total of 578 units, also known as Block F.

Phase 3:
–Development of 2 blocks of 10-storey serviced apartment with a total of 170 units, also known as Block H & I; including podium & basement car parks, and management office.
–Development of 1 block of serviced apartment with 2 towers with a total of 636 units, also known as Block J; including basement car park & other common facilities.
–Development of 1 block of 16-storey serviced apartment with a a total of  256 units, also known as Block G.
