From September to December 2019, the Mutiara King Residence project has attracted more than 500 potential buyers and investors, most of whom were from China, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, and local Malaysians. These potential buyers and investors were brought on familiarisation trips to introduce the project in three (3) different sessions:
1. Overall Introduction of Malaysia and Demographic Potentials
2. Introduction to the Project and Key Features
3. Gallery Walkthrough and Site Visitation
The project is strategically located in Cyberjaya, a rapidly growing township and home to more than 800 companies, most of which are with global and regional presence. The average day population in Cyberjaya hits more than 100,000 and the current population is further expected to increase to more than 200,000 this year with the robust developments taking place in and around Cyberjaya.
As a hub for education and information, Cyberjaya has to-date more than 10 private and government education institutions serving the communities in Cyberjaya. Additionally, it is also easily accessible to and from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (about 45 minutes’ drive) and Kuala Lumpur City Centre (about 50 minutes’ drive).
Our in-house Marketing team members end each familiarisation trip with a gallery walkthrough showcasing the different unit types, followed by a site visitation or a question and answer session.
