The student accommodations business unit which runs both Eagle& Selesa Residencies in Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya, is true testament to providing quality service in ensuring that all its team members aim to make resident students feel welcome at all times. Led by Hostel Manager, Mr Ahmad Sazli bin Zulkifi with more than 20 years in hospitality services, he is presently spearheading the team in rendering hospitality processes that are easy to understand and implement.
We find ways to constantly and consistently provide efficient and timely service solutions to our residents. Some of the service efforts which are currently in practice include: returning telephone calls and responding to email enquiries within 24 business hours, greeting residents with smiles on our faces, and treating each and every one with respect regardless of who they are.
