Mutiara World, a future landmark development by Seri Mutiara Development Group, has been attracting interests from buyers, particularly from China, since its Beijing gallery launch in September 2017. This is also in collaboration with the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme which provides the platform for the promotion of the programme as well as to showcase the Mutiara World project to the China market.
The MM2H programme is promoted by the government of Malaysia to allow foreigners who fulfill certain criteria and requirements to stay in the country for as long as possible on a multiple-entry social visit pass. The social visit pass is initially for a period of ten years, and is renewable.
Government Support: Firstly. the programme is initiated, organised and launched by the Malaysian government and is thus one that the government will continuously seek to improve and support to ensure its success.
Culture & Language: While the Malay language (Bahasa Melayu) is the national language of the country, English is widely spoken and other languages can also be freely used and practised in Malaysia. Similarly, whilst the Malay culture is dominant in the country, other cultures can be assimilated and practiced here with the inter-mingling of different cultures.
Recreation & Entertainment: The country has everything for the family- theme parks, the outdoors, sports, destinations of interests, and is one with the highest number of golf courses.
The Mutiara World and MM2H team members have been constantly leading familiarisation trips and organising roadshows and showcases of the project to engage with international buyers as well as to garner interests in the MM2H programme through our landmark development.
