Mutiara World, the future landmark development by Seri Mutiara Development Group, has been attracting interests from buyers, particularly from China, since its Beijing gallery was launched in September 2017.Mutiara World is linked to the Malaysia My 2nd Home (MM2H) programme which provides the platform for the promotion of the programme as well as to showcase the Mutiara World project to the China market.
Mutiara World is destined to be Asia’s premium Sports, Entertainment and Lifestyle hub upon completion. This integrated development in Cyberjaya will boast an indoor sports arena with capacity up to 14,000 seaters, complemented by sports training facilities, medical diagnostic centre, office towers, serviced apartments, international school as well as a sports-themed hotel.
Following the gallery launch in Beijing, there have been multiple buyers’ familiarisation and introductory trips organised from October to December 2017. Each of the trip saw participation of potential buyers from China visiting Malaysia and several places of interest like Putrajaya, Cyberjaya. Batu Caves. Genting Highlands and Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Additionally, buyers were also presented with the Mutiara World project showcase via presentations and gallery tours.
Armed with positive feedback and the overwhelming responses from potential buyers, the Mutiara World and MM2H team members are set on embarking on more roadshows and showcases to engage with international investors in China and many more other countries.
